I used to have a love-hate relationship with parchment paper. I love that it keeps all kinds of things (bagels, hamburger rolls, grissini, cinnamon rolls…) from adhering to their pans. In fact, parchment is indispensable if you bake in or on metal pans. But I hate that the rolls of paper parchment are difficult to tear off cleanly, need to be cut with scissors every time to fit the pan, and can’t be reused more than two or three times, if at all.
Since I discovered reusable parchment sheets from Regency Wraps, there’s a whole lot more love going on in my kitchen.
- The sheets can be reused hundreds of times, according to the manufacturer. I’ve had mine for a few months and they show no signs of wearing out.
- They’re easy to clean with a damp cloth, and a little soap if they’re sticky or greasy.
- They are easy to cut to the exact dimensions of your pans. The uncut size is 13 x 17 inches, large enough for a sheet pan, two 8-inch cake pans, or two 9 x 13-inch pans (which are usually a little smaller than that at the bottom). It’s worth having one for each pan you use regularly.
- Once they’re cut to size, they can be stored right in their pans.
- They can be used in oven temperatures up to 500F. Paper burns at 450.
- They are more “nonstick” than paper parchment. I used to need copious amounts of semolina to keep bagels from sticking to the paper. With these sheets I don’t need any.
And here’s even more for you to love: Forget flowers and chocolate — I would love to send some love to your kitchen in time for Valentine’s Day, in the form of two reusable parchment sheets, courtesy of Regency Wraps.
Update on February 11, 2012: This giveaway has ended. Congrats to Jeremy!

This sounds like a worthy product. I’d love to give it a try.
Would love to try these!
fascinating idea
Sounds great! I’ve got a silpat, but it’s way bigger than any pan I’ve got (or would fit in my oven) and I feel bad cutting it…
You had me at the part about cutting them once and storing them in the pan.
These sound great! I’d love to try them!
Love to try these. I use a 30 ft roll of parchment paper every two weeks. Tired of the waste.
You introduce us to the greatest products. Thank you. And you convinced me that these parchment sheets are great.
I love using parchment paper for my pizza rolls, haha. But seriously, it is so much more useful than aluminum foil and I go through it so fast! Would love to try this out!
I love re-useable anything!
I would love to try those!
I would love to stop throwing out used parchment paper. Thanks for the chance.
I love it!
This sounds like a dream. I think I would use the oven more often if I didn’t have to worry about scrubbing out my pans each time (bc I have the same gripes about regular parchment paper and don’t use it each time).
absolutely!
Wow, these sound great!
Throw my name into the hat, please. I would love to try them.
These sound fantastic, I would love to try them!
They sound fabulous! I love such useful kitchen items that reducing trash. Please add my name to the list.
Thank you.
Sounds wonderful!! Would love to try it!
I see, twenty comments per person sounds about right.
Here is my first…. 🙂
Susan, I would LOVE to try this parchment, but you know, I might just go ahead and buy it anyway, because I am always waiting for those free shipping deals from King Arthur, but sometimes I run out of them before the deal pops up.
Seems like a perfect product…
I’d never heard of these. And now I want them!
These sound great! I’d love to give them a try.
This sounds wonderful. I hate tearing paper the box comes with a sharp razor cutter or no cutter and what ever it has it never works!! Thanks for the opportunity.
I added it to my wish list on Amazon just in case I don’t win!
Thanks — wayne
This sounds wonderful. I never have cut a piece of parchment paper to the right dimensions and that is the first waste and there’s more. How nice it would be to win.
These. sound. AWESOME!!!
While I think it’s awesome that it can be re-used, the fact that it can take high heat makes me want to try it even more! I just charred some regular parchment a couple of days ago while baking bread.
These sound great! The jury’s still out on my silpat…I’m interested to see if these are better.
Cool product – I still feel somewhat guilty throwing away my parchment sheets even with getting three or four uses before they disintegrate.
Oh, to be rid of curling pieces of paper parchment @ the end of the roll! Thanks for introducing us to a fastastic product.
Sounds like a great idea!
Sounds like something worth trying – hate the rolled up parchment paper
I use pans made by USA—that’s the brand name–
you don’t need parchment paper I heard about them from King Arthur’s website. They sell them.
once again the pans (all sizes) are made by a company called USA pans.
what a wonderful product!! send some over 🙂
R
I love parchment paper but feel really guilty about using more paper products that have to be thrown away. I’d love to try these.
i was wondering, by parchment paper do you mean baking paper? also your mat, is that a silicon mat? i can buy 3 thicknesses of mat here in holland.
i love your blog! i am getting an artisan education without having to speak french! bonus!
if you ever cross our side of the pond, do give me a heads up. 🙂
It sounds like a great product. I would love to try it.
Cutting parchment paper to fit the pan is my least favorite kitchen task. These sound perfect!
i have used non stick pads for years this would be a great alternative for odd shaped pans like rounds and small squares
This product sounds terrific. I’d love to try it. Thanks for the opportunity.
I make bagels every week, I sure could use these:-) Thanks!
Wow, that’s awesome!
Oh! Those sound fabulous. Yes. Please. (and thank you!)
I love finding new ways to be more environmentally conscious!
Would love to try these.
I’ve never tried them!
Very cool! I’m forever running out of parchment at the worst possible times so these would be a perfect addition to my kitchen.
I am a Baking and Patisserie student and I think these would be a great to have.
PS. Don’t get the wrong idea – I am taking your Panettone recipe to share with my class.
These sound perfect! I always run out of parchment and then forget…so I have to run out and find some!
Would love to give this a try!
I would love to try these. Would be so much better than the rolls.
Thanks for this opportunity.
That sounds amazing! I’ve often run into the problem of burnt bottoms on loaves made with wet dough and proofed before baking right on the parchment.
What a great idea! Would love to try these.
this sounds amazing! I’ve been using wax paper because I haven’t even ventured out to get parchment. I clearly need an upgrade!
I use parchment paper for all of my baking, but these reusable parchment sheets sound even better. I’d love to give them a try!
Great idea!
Where have these been all my life! Thanks for the product tip. Your Great!
i have never used parchment paper either – these certainly seem worth trying though especially as they are reuseable.
Just yesterday I talked myself out of buying parchment paper…too expensive…I can scrub those pans…this would be so great! Thanks for all the great recipes and inspiration 🙂
these sound awesome! would love to try them…
Very curious about these. Hopefully they’re a good alternative to silpats. Thanks for the tip!
I would love to have reusable parchment paper. It is so sad to have to toss it out after just one use.
This is wonderful, and, yes, I would love to win.
Sounds like an interesting alternative to parchment paper. The bagels look fantastic.
I’d love to give these a try!
I regularly use pre-cut half sheet pan size parchment. Not sure I could live without it now. Reuseable parchment sounds like a decent idea, but like my silpat, it is one more thing to clean/wash after baking.

I use a roll of parchment paper a month. I would love to try these. And no more curing paper that never seems to fit just right.
I have some black ones that I love, and I would love them even more if they weren’t black.. I think it affects the end product, not always in a good way. Sounds good these!
Wow! I am all about reusing whenever possible, so this sounds just up my alley! Put my name in the hat, please. And I LOVE this site…so much information and inspiration.
Wow these are really cool! I had not heard of these but they would definitely save me from buying a lot of parchment. My silicone baking sheets are ill-fitting to my pans and starting to get really grungy. Thanks for the info and the giveaway opportunity!
I hate tearing the parchment from the roll. Why can’t they make the cutting edge so that it actually works? I’d love to give this a try.
Cool. Good to hear about new products that are reusable and efficient. PS: would love to have these…
Those sound pretty cool! I use parchment paper a lot when I’m baking.
I go through a lot of parchment paper and would like to find something better.
I should own stock in whoever makes parchment paper. I still hate cling wrap more…but parchment is gaining ground fast! I’d love to try these!!
I would love to give these sheets a whirl, I go through rolls of parchment and it seems rather wasteful.
Oh, neat….that would save on parchment waste, for sure! I would love to try them!
Would really like to try these!
I love my Silpats so I’d love to try these as well. I have all your same frustrations with parchment rolls…
Sounds great!
Yes! I love parchment paper but feel terrible about the waste. These seem perfect.
I’ve had such struggles trying to re-use regular parchment paper! We are an otherwise very thrifty and “green” home so it’s important to me, but the results: Greasy paper, scorched bits and little oven fires… These are genius!
They can be used HUNDREDS of times? Zowie!! I make it a point to try to use my parchment paper at least twice (I think my record for a sheet is 5 times).
I sure hope I can find a source of this in Canada.
And, just in case my comment is pulled out as the winner, I pretty sure that Canada is the 51st state… 😉
Sounds delightful!
Was not the biggest fan of parchment because of “the curl”, but dealt with it after reading farmgirl faire’s blog when I found how great it was for baking pizza’s, this seems like a great product that would be worth giving a try
Sounds great – would love to try it!
I am convinced that I definitely need to parchment paper since I bake a lot of your bagel recipe lately.
Would love to give these a try.
Sounds like a product I would love to try.
I love using parchment paper, but dealing with rolls of them drives me crazy. I’d love to try these!
I have never even heard of these! sounds awsome- thanks for the giveaway
ooh ooh! Reusable is always better – I feel horrible throwing out parchment every time I bake with it!
Great giveaway!
If you say they’re great, that’s endorsement enough for me. Thank you for the information.
Like everyone else with a Silpat, what really excites me about these is that you can cut them to size.
It’s funny, I got a silpat for Christmas and was so disappointed to find it fits NONE of my pans. I thought to myself “wouldn’t it be nice if I could just CUT this sucker?!” I had no idea anything like this existed – even if I don’t win I’m surely going to have to buy my own 🙂
Wow, why hadn’t I heard of this sooner? I hope I get to try them out!
I love using regular parchment but it is rather wasteful just using it once then throwing it away….this parchment sounds WAY better! Can hardly wait to try it!!!!!
Awesome! Curious if they’re dishwasher safe…
Great contest! Count me in!
