This week, for the first time, YeastSpotting has over 50 (!) submissions, leaving me dazed and delighted. In the interest of shorter page-loading times and other efficiencies, we now have a multiple-page format; don’t forget to check out all three pages, which are linked below. And if your submission got lost in the transition shuffle this week, please let me know and I’ll add it right away.
As always, happy baking!

congratulations on spreading so much yeasty inspiration – I love yeast spotting – am sort of reading it less at the moment because just not finding the energy to bake bread but it is a good reminder to me to get the yeast foaming up again

Three pages!! How cool is that?

Congratulations on your +50 submissions for Yeastspotting – but then, how can you be surprised? Wild Yeast is the phenomenal meeting place for aspiring and experienced bakers alike. I love to visit here. And thank you for including my ciabatta – I’m thrilled to be in such great company of talented bakers.

I’ve been noticing each week more and more submissions, very cool to reach more than 50 for the first time!
Now, of course, it will be even harder to keep the bread baking impulses under control…

Thanks so much for adding my German soft pretzels. You make it so easy to do, and I appreciate it.
It’s definitely bread season. My personal challenge is to think outside the box and to challenge myself to make more Artisan breads. This is the place to find inspiration!
