It is so nice to see Yeastspotting back, and you. I’ve been checking in to your site regularly in hopes of inspiration and appreciation.
I worry about people who disappear. Are you still nursing or did you take advantage of your SFBI classes to change course?

I did not send you breads lately as I did not understand what was the deadline anymore, I will send you my latest breads gladly, so you can hopefully include them in your next collection. I have been missing yeast spotting appointment so much, i understand it is a lot of work, if fact we tried to make a biweekly showcase and in the end we settled for a monthly one, much easier. All is fine, just please let us know the new schedule, we are all your “sons and daughters” 🙂
