First order of business: a thousand thanks the the three guests hosts — Sally, Frankie, and Stefanie — who covered for me while I was gone! It’s so wonderful to have friends.
Second order of business: We will have a special Holiday Edition of YeastSpotting on Wednesday, December 7. I know this is short notice, but submissions for this edition do not need to be new blog posts — they can be any festive or traditional holiday breads or dishes from your archives. You can send up to four entries. So round them up, send them in by Monday, December 5 (use the regular submission form and check the “Holiday Edition” box), and be part of this year’s biggest holiday bread bash!
And lastly: have a great week, everyone. I appreciate everyone who takes the time to contribute to YeastSpotting!
