Interesting list of yeasty foods – if I get myself motivated to bake bread this weekend I might even use the magic word.

I’m just in the middle of making Croissants for breakfast tomorrow morning. They do take a while to put together, but my – it’s so worth the effort. I could post a picture of the last lot which |I made, but don’t know how to do that, but I’m sure you’d be impressed. The dough does freeze very well, and because there are only two of us in the house I cut the dough made with 500 grammes of flour in two and save half for another time.
