Wow- what a week in pics. Being the breadhead I am Yeastspotting has become one of, if not my favorite blog to check out on a weekly basis. The breads this week are outstanding. It’s 7:30 AM and I’m drooling. Thank you Susan and everyone else for helping this novice baker with his breaducation!
