know what: this past week, I’ve baked 4 different breads.. and I didn’t manage to blog about even one. I guess it’s much easier for me to make bread than to write about it. And I’m afraid it’s gonna be worse with all the wonderful breads that are yeastspotted this week again.. lot of baking to come and hopefully yeastspotted!

Well, baguette for this weekend is decided. Instead of repeating a recipe I’ve made in the past, I will use the sourdough version of your yeastspotting.
Impossible to resist. The muffins are also calling my name….

Oh how I adore yeastspotting. All of these breads make me so happy. I think I might just go yeast crazy one day and start baking up tons upon tons of loaves 🙂 Sorry that I’ve been an absent commenter; I just finished up my law school exams and am finally getting around to my google reader.

Fabulous! I am amazed what people bake! I love this challenge, I love someone standing behind me and pushing me to bake (or standing in front of me and coaxing?). Sometimes I get a bit caught up in things and forget the week has gone by, but I love Yeastspotting and do try and keep it up.
Great job, Susan and thanks. And great job to all the bakers out there.
