Another record week for YeastSpotting! Awesome, people.
Next week will mark the one-year anniversary of YeastSpotting, and I’m hoping that it will be the most well-attended edition ever. So don’t be shy, please share all your yeasted masterpieces. Everyone is welcome!
YeastSpotting is a weekly showcase of yeasted baked good and dishes with bread as a main ingredient. For more bread inspiration, and information on how to participate, visit the YeastSpotting archive.

Lovely entries. Thanks Susan, everytime I discover a blog I didn’t know before with great breads!

This is my weekly bread fix Susan, and each week’s better than the earlier one.
Congratulations! I didn’t realise a year had gone by so quickly. I’ll be here next edition for sure. 🙂

These all look wonderful! Congrats on one year 🙂

Great roundup this week! I intend to submit a challah recipe next week.

I always look forward to the day YeastSpotting comes out, even if I’m not in it that week. The only downside to it is my list of “Things To Bake” is starting to get longer than the number of weeks in a year! Great job, folks!

Superb as always. Well done everyone…

Susan, as usual, you’ve done a wonderful job. Thank you for making this event possible.
Andrea says
Lovely breads, my favorite is the Tunisian Semolina bread, so pretty. (Someone smack me. I visit every YeastSpotting round up and forget to send in my own entries. *sigh*)

Sigh, you know Susan I love Yeast Spotting BUT it does have a very large problem. I always leave wishing I could just bake more bread than I could ever possibly eat.
I wish I could bake every one of these.
Natashya says
Yay for Yeastspotting! Congrats on lots of breads well done, and a year of celebrating them.
Elyse says
What a great yeast spotting! Sorry I’ve been away for the past week; I had a good friend in town and wasn’t able to do much on the computer. I’m back now, though 🙂 Oh, and I can’t wait to go check out Omnivore Books!!

The breads look wonderful. I especially like the one that looks like a big leaf. Thanks for sharing.
