I’m from Eastern Kentucky where we have a tradition of baking Salt Risen Bread. However there are many recipes for this using potatoes in the starter. This is not what we used growing up but we have lost the old recipes with the passing of my Great Grandmother. Do you have any recipes without potatoes ?
